Adding Passports

1. Click the Passports button
2. Click + Add Passport
3. Enter passport details:
   • First & Last Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Nationality
   • Passport Number (encrypted)
   • Issuing Country
   • Issue & Expiry Dates

Expiry Tracking

The system shows:

• Days until passport expires
• Warning alerts for passports expiring within 6 months
• Color-coded status indicators

Security

Passport numbers are encrypted using:

• AES-256-GCM: Military-grade encryption
• PBKDF2: Key derivation for added security
• Random IVs: Unique encryption per entry
