When creating or editing a trip:

• Shared (default): All household members can view and edit
• Private: Only you can see this trip

Collaboration

Shared trips allow the whole family to:

• Add activities and routes
• Update bookings and costs
• View the complete itinerary
• See passport information (if needed)

Data Security

All travel data is stored with:

• Encrypted passport numbers
• Secure database storage
• Household-level access control
• UK-based servers
